1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and appjili ("appjili," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the appjili website located at https://appjili.net and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

appjili reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons who do not meet the eligibility requirements will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of appjili, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
• Create only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, appjili reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify appjili immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

appjili may, at its sole discretion, refuse to open an account, suspend an existing account, or close an account without prior notice if it determines that these Terms have been violated or that the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

Know Your Customer (KYC): appjili is required to verify the identity of its players. You may be asked to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the appjili Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits: appjili accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited instantly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method.

GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes during business hours.
• Withdrawal Conditions: You may only withdraw funds that have been deposited by you and are not subject to active wagering requirements. Bonus funds are subject to the specific terms of each promotion before they may be withdrawn.
• Anti-Money Laundering: appjili complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. appjili reserves the right to request additional documentation for large or unusual transactions.
• Fees: appjili does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose its own fees. appjili is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment processors.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

appjili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated for each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. appjili reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• appjili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated tools, or exploiting promotional terms — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the appjili Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Philippine law or regulation.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit any game, software, or system on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or any form of cheating in multiplayer games.
• Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any other financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing appjili staff, support agents, or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Registering more than one account or allowing another person to use your account.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the appjili Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of appjili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of appjili.

8. Privacy & Data

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, appjili, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical failures, system outages, or connectivity issues.
• Errors or interruptions in game outcomes caused by software malfunctions beyond appjili's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

appjili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your appjili account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. appjili makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

10. Responsible Gaming

Upon termination of your account, any pending withdrawal requests for legitimately earned funds will be processed in accordance with standard procedures, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

You may close your account at any time by contacting appjili support. Account closure does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to the date of closure.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.
